1 15oz can crushed pineapple
1 21oz can Lite Cherry pie filling
1 box yellow cake mix
1 ½ sticks butter
Preheat oven to 425°
Dump crushed pineapple into 9 x 13 baking dish and spread out. Dump lite
cherries into the pan and spread out. Take the yellow cake mix and dump this into
the pan (just the mix from the box) and spread it out. Melt the butter and pour it
over the cake mix. Bake at 425° for 1 hour.
For a little variation serve with your favorite ice cream!
